Service Description
Thank you for choosing to book your tattoo with Studio Luxe! Now your tattoo appointment is approved please complete your booking online. There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit taken to secure your booking which is applied to your final fee when checking out the day of your service. You will be prompted to select the price quoted to you from the dropdown menu. Once you have completed this process your appointment is considered booked. I will begin designing your tattoo ready for the appointment day. By booking this appointment, you agree that you have read the FAQs and Policies on the Studio Luxe website, and you agree to all Terms and conditions presented to you here with no exceptions. TERMS & CONDITIONS: LEGAL AGE: You must be over 18 years old and present a valid ID at the appointment per the State of Hawaii Tattoo Permit Rules. The Consent to Tattoo form must be complete and submitted prior to the tattoo appointment. TATTOO APPOINTMENT PREPARATION: Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water (7 days prior) Moisturize your skin well (7 days prior) Gently exfoliate and shave skin (1 day prior) No alcohol, caffeine, or aspirin (24 hours prior) Eat well before your appointment, and do not arrive hungry Wear comfortable clothing ** Studio Luxe has the right to refuse services to clients who are deemed as non-compliant with the Tattoo Appointment Preparation checklist** CANCELATION FEE'S: If a session is canceled and in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of your booking deposit as a cancelation fee. If a session is canceled less than 72 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your booking deposit as a cancelation fee. CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY: Please arrive on time on the day of your appointment allowing plenty of time for parking and accessing the studio. There is a 15 minute grace period for when absolutely necessary. Arriving any later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. Please contact Jodie at Studio Luxe at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment with any request to reschedule. Failure to notify within 72 hours automatically forfeits your deposit. Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is canceled less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled time you will be charged the full amount of your booking deposit as a cancelation fee. To cancel or reschedule your appointment: Please arrive on time on the day of your appointment allowing plenty of time for parking and accessing the suite. There is a 15-minute grace period however, arriving any later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. In the case of a no-show, your scheduled appointment will be lost and your deposit will be non-refundable. Please contact Jodie at Studio Luxe at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment with any request to reschedule to avoid a 50% of services late cancellation fee (full deposit). Please note, the deposit is credited toward the total price of your service. Once your booking is secured online, by text, or by phone, you agree to all Terms and conditions presented to you here with no exceptions.
