BOOKING POLICY

A DETAILED CONSULTATION WILL TAKE PLACE BEFORE YOUR SERVICE TO DISCUSS YOUR BROW GOALS, YOUR LIFESTYLE AND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE SO WE ACHIEVE LUXE BROWS TAILORED SPECIFICALLY TO YOUR FACE, FRAME AND TO STYLE YOUR DESIRED OVERALL LOOK TO PERFECTION.  THIS WILL TAKE PLACE DURING THE PROCEDURE APPOINTMENT ITSELF UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED. PLEASE BE SURE TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS ON THE PRE-CONSULT CONTRAINDICATION FORM DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR COSMETIC TATTOOING. IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU ARE UNSURE OF IN THE MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR GP BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH BOOKING. 

A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE WILL BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WILL BE CONTRIBUTED TO THE FULL COST OF YOUR SERVICE. SHOULD AN APPOINTMENT BE CANCELED BY THE CLIENT WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT OR THERE IS A CLIENT NO SHOW THE 50% SERVICE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE SEE THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FULL DETAILS. 

A SKIN PATCH TEST WILL NEED TO BE PERFORMED PRETREATMENT TO TEST FOR ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE PIGMENT AND TOPICAL ANESTHETIC AS PROVIDED BY LUXE INK BROW STUDIO

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE IS CONSIDERED A NO SHOW. PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR PARKING AND ACCESSING THE SUITE.

YOUR YEARLY TOUCH UP MUST BE BOOKED WITHIN 12-18 MONTHS OF YOUR INITIAL MICROBLADING SESSION AND THERE AFTER. IF BOOKED PAST 18 MONTHS IT WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED A YEARLY TOUCH UP AND A NEW INITIAL MICROBLADING SESSION WILL NEED TO BE BOOKED.

* CANCELATION FEE'S: If a session is canceled less than 72 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your booking deposit as a cancelation fee. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied towards our cancelation fees, see our cancelation policy..

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Please arrive on time on the day of your appointment allowing plenty of time for parking and accessing the suite. There is a 15 minute grace period for when absolutely necessary. Arriving any later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. In the case of a no-show, your scheduled appointment will be lost and your deposit will be non-refundable. Please contact Luxe Ink Brow Studio at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment with any request to reschedule to avoid a 50% of services late cancellation fee (full deposit). Failure to notify us within 72 hours automatically forfeits your deposit and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. A deposit of 50% service fee is required to secure your appointment, failure to do so will forfeit your scheduled appointment. Please note, the deposit is credited toward the total price of your service. By booking this appointment, you agree that you have read the FAQs and Policies on the Luxe Ink Brow Studio website. Once your booking is secured online, by text, or by phone, you agree to all Terms and conditions presented to you here with no exception.

We ask that No Caffeine, alcohol or blood thinners be in your system 24 hours before and after your cosmetic tattooing session, to ensure the best possible results.

* HORMONAL CHANGES*
Please keep in mind when booking your session that the closer you are to hormonal changes such as ovulation, breastfeeding, or your menstrual cycle, the more discomfort you may feel during your session. Please be sure to book around those times to be the most comfortable during your appointment.

* ALL SESSIONS BOOKED REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT. *
The booking deposit is required to hold your appointment. The booking deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your session, which will be due in full on the day of your appointment.

PRIVACY POLICY 

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
